Investment Restrictions Analyst AIFM
Your Mission:
Ensure the control of investment restrictions applicable to Real Estate and Private Equity (PERE) funds:
- Implementation of controls in accordance with the regulatory framework and the fund's constitutive documents (prospectus, etc.)
- Control of investment ratios
- Communication of breaches to AIFMs and follow-up on their resolution
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
- Knowledge of VBA is an asset / a plus
Required Knowledge and Soft Skills:
- Good knowledge of restrictions applicable to investment funds
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Private Equity (PERE) fund accounting
- Knowledge of the main financial products
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
