As a Senior Automation & Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the monitoring, scheduling, automation and orchestration of the Bank’s Data center.
This role involves creating standard processes, procedures and whitepapers for the platform architecture, event management and ITSM.
Job responsibilities
- Design and implement Splunk architectures for infrastructure, products, apps and dashboards
- Developing and improving Enterprise Splunk environment
- Design, implement and apply machine learning solutions to various aspects of the service
- Drive the operational model transformation to AIOps
- Effectively and efficiently onboard data sources, create indexes and data model, establish health monitoring and KPIs
- Work with different stakeholders to design and implement different type of dashboard, reports, and queries
- Accurately troubleshoot to diagnose and resolve problems with data sources, data mappings, queries, and other components that support operations
- Identify technology and process gaps that affect the customer services; develop solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain a good understanding of stakeholders’ needs in regard to sources and use cases
