Senior Marketing & Communication Officer
Your role:
You will be involved in the overall implementation of Arendt’s marketing & communication strategy and also be able to develop new projects.
You will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Director of the department and the rest of the team. You will also work in close collaboration with the Partners in charge of your allocated areas of expertise.
You will contribute to the following tasks and projects:
Development of the marketing & external communication strategy (print, digital & event)
In charge of marketing campaigns for 3 Industry groups (UCITS, Private Clients, Banking & Insurance). Depending on your areas of interest, you may be called upon to work on global corporate campaigns or on specific subjects (hot topics).
Management, implementation and performance reporting’s production of a series of hot topics 360 marketing campaigns
Content production for communication materials such as articles, brochures, advertisements, newsletters, press releases, speeches, videos, podcasts, website and social media (in coordination with the technical and design teams).
Management of cross-functional marketing projects
Support for Press relation support and their international expansion
Providing crisis communications support to the Director of Marketing & Communications and to the Governance.
Your profile:
You hold a master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Linguistics, or a related discipline (ideally from a prestigious Business School).
You have at least 5 years of prior experience in a similar position and ideally in the financial sector, such as in a Law Firm, Big4 or financial organisation. You also have a background in digital communication and social media.
You are fluent in English. French will be considered an advantage.
You are a proactive person with good communication skills.
You are client driven and are comfortable in a client-facing role and leading meetings.
You are solution driven, reliable, highly organized, and a committed team player and problem-solver.
You combine high curiosity, strong creativity, and attention to detail.
You are an analytical, logical, and critical independent thinker with a passion for marketing.
You are computer literate (including MS Office, HTML, Adobe Suite..
