HR global mobility & international operations manager
The Global Mobility & International Operations Manager is responsible for structuring, leading, and optimising the firm’s global mobility and international operations across multiple jurisdictions.
This role bridges Human Resources and Finance, ensuring that international assignments, foreign offices, and mobility programmes are financially controlled, compliant, operationally efficient, and aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Global Mobility Governance & Program Management
Lead the rollout, run and improvement of global mobility policies and frameworks
Oversee secondments, local contracts, and international assignments lifecycle
Support the set-up and rollout of the global mobility programme
International Tax & Compliance Oversight
Act as internal expert on international mobility tax matters
Oversee tax compliance, payroll alignment, and risk mitigation
Coordinate with external advisors
Vendor Management & Coordination
Act as primary point of contact with the provider for Foreign offices operations
Monitor SLAs and delivery quality
Coordinate multi-country stakeholders
Payroll & Reporting Supervision
Supervise payroll implications of mobility
Ensure consistency between HR tax reporting
Deliver accurate dashboards and reporting
Foreign Offices & Local Coordination
Ensure rollout and compliance with local legal and HR frameworks
Coordinate HR operations in foreign jurisdictions
Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
Act as trusted advisor to Partners
Manage the Global Mobility Senior role
Act as trusted advisor and expert to the HR team, in particular the HR Ops senior in charge of the foreign offices and the People Business Partners
Profile & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Global Mobility, or Global compensation
Strong expertise in international payroll and HR legal and operational matters
Ability to operate across HR and Legal functions
Strong stakeholder management and structuring capabilities
Fluency in English and French
Ability to evolve in a fast-paced and evolving environment
