The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

HR Business Partner (Porto Office)

Your role:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:  Manage the talent acquisition process by defining and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Training: Organise and coordinate the training sessions for employees and provide relevant reports.
• Onboarding & Integration: Design onboarding strategies and actively support and monitor new employees (interns included) during their first year to ensure successful integration.
• Career Development & Talent Management: Work on career development paths, identify high-potential employees, and coordinate talent management initiatives.
• Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary review processes.
• Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, advising on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges.
• Payroll: Prepare payroll input and variables and act as key liaison with external payroll service provider ensuring on-time payment of salaries and emoluments.
• Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• HR Reporting: Deliver regular, insightful reports to Business Unit heads and the HR Director to support strategic decision-making.
• HR Projects: Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Your profile:

• 10 years of experience in the same role, ideally in a service provider.
• Bachelor or Master in HR.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
