To strengthen our team, we are recruiting for our Finance department an IT Projects & Operations Manager.
About the role
Ancorius is growing through acquisitions and needs an IT Manager to run day-to-day IT operations and deliver our IT projects and integrations. Reporting to the Group CIO and acting as the Group CIO’s deputy for operations, you will lead the internal support team, manage our managed service provider and software vendors, and lead the IT workstreams of acquired entities, in a fully cloud-based Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop) with Odoo, BOB, Camele’on and other fiduciary applications.
Your responsibilities
- Run IT operations and service management (incident, problem, change, request) with SLAs and monthly KPIs
- Lead and organise the internal service desk and on-site support; be the escalation point for complex issues
- Plan and deliver IT projects: scope, plan, budget, risks, status reporting
- Lead IT integration of acquired entities: tenant and identity migration, data migration, cutover, decommissioning
- Coordinate business application integrations (Odoo, BOB, Camele’on, portals): interfaces, SSO, APIs
- Manage the MSP and software vendors against SLAs; challenge proposals technically and commercially
- Run operational security and compliance controls (access, patching, backup tests, BCP/DRP) and produce audit evidence (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, DORA)
- Report to the Group CIO and the IT Steering Committee; contribute to budget and roadmap
Your profile
- 5+ years in IT, incl. 2–3 years combining IT operations management with project delivery
- Proven delivery of IT projects such as M365 migrations, identity consolidation or application rollouts
- Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 / Entra ID expertise; solid Azure, AVD, networking and security fundamentals
- Experience with application integration (APIs, SSO, data migration); Odoo a strong advantage
- Experience managing MSPs and vendors; ITIL-based service management
- Excellent organisation, follow-through and written reporting; able to lead a small team
- French and English mandatory; German, Luxembourgish or Dutch an advantage
- Fiduciary / financial services (PSF) experience and ITIL, PRINCE2/PMP or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
