Our Quality & Excellence team runs Deloitte Luxembourg’s Voice of Client program, which monitors client experience across service lines (Audit, Tax, Consulting) and informs decision-making at Firm Leadership level. We work closely with Business Development, Marketing & Communications and others, and promote a strong quality and client-centric culture across the Firm.
Our motto is “Never boring”: we tackle a wide range of topics, from in depth data analysis to firm wide communication initiatives. We are looking for a 6 month Intern to join us in September 2026 and play a key role within the team.

How you'll contribute to our success
Â
In this role, you will:
- Extract insights for leaders’ decision making:Â
- Research client data, analyse feedback, identify patterns, and prepare insight-driven reports highlighting emerging trends for leadership.
- Create internal communications to support client centricity:Â
- Design infographics, draft short articles, and assist in planning internal events that promote client focus.
- Monitor program progress:Â
- Track KPIs, maintain dashboards, and ensure transparency with overview files.
The recruitment process includes a 30-minute online test and a one-hour test with three short exercises (no specific preparation required).

Your skills
Â
- You are close to completing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or a related field.
- Prior experience in a business environment or a large organization is an asset.
- You have strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and excellent attention to detail.
- You can build trust-based business relationships and maintain strict confidentiality.
- You are proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner and are comfortable using AI-chatbots. Knowledge of Power BI is considered an asset.
- You are fluent (C1, C2, native level) in both French and English – this is a mandatory requirement. Applications not meeting this criterion will not be considered.Â
