We guide companies in Luxembourg and the Greater Region as they adopt AI in a structured, responsible and compliant way, from the first use case to production. Our portfolio covers AI strategy and advisory, hands-on EU AI Act training, and the automation of recurring processes. On top of that we develop eokit, our own platform. It lets companies roll out AI across every team: GDPR compliant, EU-hosted, with automated compliance checks and connected to their own company knowledge.

Working at aigentcy

We are a core team based in Luxembourg, supported by our own dedicated development team. Here you take ownership of a topic from the first customer idea through to go-live, instead of seeing only one slice of it. You talk directly to the people who work with our solutions, and your feedback goes straight into the product. Decisions are made in conversation, not in an approval process.

We work in German and English, French is a plus.
