Context:
As part of an ongoing infrastructure migration to Microsoft Azure and the management of Microsoft 365 (M365) technologies, we are looking for a motivated intern to join our team. The candidate will be involved in the ongoing migration projects, contributing to the optimization of Azure systems and M365 services, and will also be expected to propose solutions to improve the existing infrastructure.
The intern will be part of a young, dynamic, and multilingual team, offering a supportive environment for both professional and personal growth, with all the resources necessary to succeed in the public cloud domain.
Main Responsibilities:w
- Participate in the migration of applications and infrastructure to Azure, with a focus on managing user and service accounts within EntraID (Azure Active Directory).
- Manage and optimize Exchange Online services (user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, rooms, etc.).
- Contribute to the management and optimization of Microsoft Intune for device management and security policies.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Defender to ensure the protection of systems and data.
- Work on configuring and optimizing SharePoint Online for collaboration and file sharing.
- Propose solutions to improve existing infrastructure, particularly in Azure reporting and alerting (using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, etc.).
- Use real-time monitoring tools to track alerts and respond quickly to incidents or disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT teams on the planning and execution of the Azure migration and the management of M365 services.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes and technical configurations specific to Azure and M365.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 services such as Azure Active Directory (EntraID), Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience or willingness to learn reporting and alerting within Azure (using tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics).
- Experience or willingness to learn real-time monitoring tools and how to respond to alerts.
- Familiarity with user account management, services, and security policies in a cloud environment.
- Analytical skills and the ability to solve technical problems related to identity management, security, and devices.
- Good communication, team spirit, and ease in working in a multilingual environment.
- Any additional knowledge in public cloud technologies and Azure will be highly valued.
- Certifications such as AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) or MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) are highly desirable.
Desired Profile:
- Final-year student in an engineering school or Master's program, specializing in IT, systems, or networks.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Curiosity for new technologies, particularly Azure and M365, and a desire to learn in a dynamic and multilingual environment.
