To provide professional fund administration services to a varied portfolio of clients for which Ocorian provides services and at all times to comply with the Policies and Procedures of Ocorian Services Limited and more specifically Ocorian (Luxembourg) S.A.


  • Effective people management skills and the proven ability to manage a team to ensure:

- all operational tasks are completed timely and of high-quality production;

- effective delegation of tasks across the team;

- creation of shareholder registry and maintenance of all activities on the systems platform;

- timely and quality query and resolution.

  • Manage client relationships for Investor Services related topics;
  • Manage client level Operating Memorandums for Investor Services;
  • Report performance KPIs KRIs internally and to clients;
  • Participate as an Investor Services SME across the organisation as required;
  • Reviewing all Fund documents to ensure operational compliance;
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Proactively update as required;
  • Answering emails/queries from investors and clients in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Escalating issues to the Authorised Manager and propose solutions where possible;
  • Engage with the Second Line of Defence for any operational issues or reportings;
  • Onboarding of new Clients and entities for Investor Services operations;
  • Collaborate with colleagues across business lines and jurisdictions as required;
  • Talent development within the team. Effectively hire and train/develop talent;
  • Keep up to date with changes in industry laws and regulations, specifically those related to anti-money laundering and countering terrorist financing.


  • Bachelor or University degree in accounting, law, finance or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.


  • Experience in Alternative Investment Funds and in particular Private Markets;
  • Fluent written and spoken English required, any other language (French, German, Spanish) would be an advantage;
  • In depth knowledge of Alternative products;
  • Strong command of the MS office tools;
  • eFront experience if possible.


  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to present to clients
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure, while maintaining close attention to detail;
  • Constant focus on quality and client service;
  • Ability to set priorities and respect deadlines;
  • Highly self-motivated;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
