L'entreprise et son histoire
En 1972 l’entreprise « TRANSPORT ROGER SCHACKMANN » a été fondée à Ermsdorf par Roger Schackmann. Au début, l’entreprise s’occupait de travaux forestiers et du transport de bois ( troncs entiers ). Au courant des années 1980 le transport de marchandises en service international était développé.
Après le décès de son fondateur Roger Schackmann en 1993, son fils Leo Schackmann prenait la tête de l’entreprise et orientait l’activité principale de celle-ci vers les transports lourds et exceptionnels.
Leo Schackmann était amené à joindre à son savoir-faire et ses connaissances pratiques les expériences en grutage, manutention et montage de la Société ARENDT. Le matériel roulant de Transport Schackmann et les grues de la société Arendt formaient la base idéale à une coopération plus étroite, et en 2002 la création de la société anonyme ARENDT & SCHACKMANN était finalisée à Colmar-Berg.
En 2006 Leo Schackmann reprenait de cette entreprise les grues et les appareils de manutention et fondait la s.a. MEGALIFT à Colmar-Berg
En matière de grutage, manutention et transports lourds et exceptionnels, MEGALIFT, aujourd’hui une entreprise moderne et performante , bien connue et estimée au Luxembourg, offre à ses clients un service de très haute qualité en utilisant toujours un matériel à la pointe du progrès.
