About you I The Role
We are looking for a Product Innovation Engineer to join our Product Development and Innovation Department in Luxembourg under a permanent contract (CDI).
Reporting directly to the CIO, you will play a key role in developing innovative products, supporting technical and scientific activities, and contributing to the success of MDSS’s cutting-edge portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
New Product Development:
- Collaborate with laboratories to support the development and validation of new products.
- Analyse product formulas and coordinate testing phases.
- Present new product concepts to internal teams, including sales and marketing.
- Contribute to the creation of scientific documents to support other departments.
- Technical and Scientific Support
- Develop technical materials such as presentations and argumentation documents.
- Respond to customer and distributor queries with technical and scientific expertise.
- Validate technical and scientific data used in communication materials.
Intern Supervision
- Assist in the recruitment and mentoring of interns.
- Provide daily support on assigned projects to ensure smooth progress and learning outcomes.
- Market Analysis and Innovation
- Summarise publications, market trends, and industry innovations to guide development initiatives.
- Propose creative and innovative ideas to enhance current products or develop new ones.
Desired Profile
- 5 years' experience, preferably in medical devices in the aesthetic medicine sector.
- A master’s degree in engineering or product development.
- Knowledge of cosmetic formulation and regulatory processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in French is a plus.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com is an advantage.
