For our department Technicswithin LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):
Stores Coordinator (m/f/x)
Main duties:
- Supervise the department and dedicated staff to ensure efficient operations
- Establishes and manage the shift plan for the department, ensuring coverage at all times
- Supervise the proper handling of Aircraft parts, tools and materials during storage in compliance with current legal and internal regulations
- Responsible for the incoming and shipping process
- Responsible for the material transfer process between local storage premises
- Responsible for the ongoing control and physical inventory of aircraft spare parts, tools, materials
- Responsible for the shelf-life survey of all stored material and coordinate appropriate actions as needed
- Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics to define appropriate personal development initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall department processes by writing, updating, and implementing procedures, instructions and processes
- Ensure and maintain the functionality of the storage devices and proper housekeeping procedures for all material storage, shipping and receiving areas
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria
- Provide a secondary degree (BAC) or equivalent
- Have a proven experience of minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Management and/or a proven experience in a similar activity
- Show strong leadership skills
- Take initiative
- Have strong organizational skills
- Occasionally accept to work shifts (24/7)
- Be familiar with standard office applications
- Show good communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
- Accept Duty Travel
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
Desired or to be acquired criteria
- Have a previous experience in aviation environment
- Have good knowledge in EASA Part-145 and Part-M/-CAMO
- Attend and pass successfully the required mandatory trainings according to the area of activity
- Show user skills in the software used in Technics
- Have basic Project Management skills
The ideal candidate
- Experience in a similar leadership function would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
