Mandate Management Officer - EU Institutions

Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Kirchberg, is looking for its future Mandate Management Officer.
This will be a temporary contract of 2 months. Please note that this assignment may be extended, in accordance with Luxembourgish law, for a maximum duration of 1 year.

Your responsabilities :
- Help manage and implement existing financial mandates, ensuring they are rolled out effectively and achieve their objectives.
- Contribute to the development of new financial instruments and programmes linked to specific policy objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams, particularly Finance and Front Office, to support the effective implementation of these mandates.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on eligibility requirements, internal procedures and applicable EU regulations.
- Help interpret regulatory and policy requirements and turn them into clear, practical instructions for operational teams.
- Prepare analyses, internal documents and recommendations to support decision-making and mandate implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build a network of relevant contacts and maintain effective working relationships across different teams and organisations.
Your profile :
- You have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in finance, banking or a related field.
- You have experience working on complex projects, financial programmes or regulatory frameworks.
- You are comfortable analysing regulatory or business requirements and translating them into practical operational guidance.
- You have a good understanding of financial products; experience with different types of financial instruments would be an advantage.
- You are able to analyse large amounts of information within a limited timeframe and summarise the key points clearly for management.
- You have strong analytical and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- You are comfortable working independently, taking initiative and managing your own workload, including when working under tight deadlines.
- You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, particularly for data analysis, reporting and business presentations.
- You are a strong team player and comfortable working with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
- You have excellent English skills. Knowledge of another EU language would be an advantage.
Package :
- Annual gross salary: €62,489.57 (paid over 12 months)
- Leave: 26 days of annual leave + up to 17 public holidays
