We are seeking a experiences Accountant to our client, a dynamic and internationally-focused institution for their finance team in Luxembourg, on a consulting contract basis.Â

Responsibilities:
- Verify travel expenses in accordance with the Bank's travel policy.
- Provide assistance to travelers with travel reimbursement issues.
- Verifying vendor invoices and assisting in the "Procure to Pay" process.
- Assist in the payment process for other administrative expenses.
- Assistance in the VAT compliance process
- Accounting and reconciliation activities
- Assistance with financial reporting
- Other administrative and clerical tasks
Your profile:
- You have 2–5 years in a finance, administrative, or accounting support role
- You are graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- You are comfortable with learning new accounting projects
- You are fluent in English; additional proficiency in French or German is an asset
- You are detail-oriented, reliable, communicative, with a proactive attitude
