Your potential future employer may ask you to work in a team with a quality controller, a quality manager or a quality technician depending on the company’s needs. The recruiter may also require some specific diplomas or certifications – in addition to a Master's degree – to occupy the position of quality engineer in his or her company. Having a strong knowledge and knowing how to implement some ISO standards - namely 9001 or 14001, for instance – may be a prerequisite depending on the company you are applying for.
