ING Luxembourg is looking for a Transaction Services Sales / Payment and Cash Management trainee from December 2024 for a period of 6 months.
An integral part of ING's Wholesale Banking division, the Transaction Services (TS) department operates internationally in Trade Finance, Payments and Cash Management, as well as in Cash Pooling solutions via its subsidiary Bank Mendes Gans. With a strong presence in a number of European countries, ING Bank has become a leading player in the European banking services market.
TS Sales in Luxembourg is able to offer the full suite of TS solutions across the network for PCM (Payments & Cash Management) activities. This means all the products in the TS domain, i.e. payments and cash management, liquidity management, etc.
Your mission:
- Proactively manage corporate customers for their payments and cash management needs.
- Provide customer support and assistance to Relationship Managers; respond to calls for tender (RFP), prepare interviews, customer presentations, etc.
- Work as part of a team with the various ING Group entities when structuring international deals and coordinate the technical and administrative implementation of Payments and Cash Management products.

Education/Experience
- 4/5 years' higher education with an economic orientation
- Experience in a similar position is considered an asset
Languages
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English essential
- Fluency in any other language (Dutch, Luxembourgish, German) would be considered an asset.
