ROLE PURPOSE

As Digital Marketing & AI Manager, you will lead GRIDX’s digital growth strategy across paid media, SEO, analytics and marketing technology. Working within the Marketing & Communications team, you will oversee digital performance, drive AI adoption, manage external agency partnerships and provide actionable insights that support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google and emerging channels.

  • Define audience targeting, budget allocation and KPIs in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications.

  • Manage and challenge external digital agencies to ensure strong campaign performance and Return on Investment.

  • Continuously optimise campaigns through testing, analysis and performance monitoring.

SEO & Website Growth

  • Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimisation and technical improvements.

  • Monitor organic performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Manage GRIDX's presence on Google Business Profile and other local discovery platforms.

  • Collaborate with content and website teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all digital assets.

Analytics & Insights

  • Own the digital analytics ecosystem, including GA4, tracking, dashboards and attribution.

  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Foster a data-driven culture by making performance insights accessible and actionable across the team.

AI & Innovation

  • Identify, implement and optimise AI-powered tools that improve marketing performance and efficiency.

  • Support and train colleagues in the effective use of AI solutions.

  • Stay informed on emerging digital and AI trends and translate them into practical business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the digital marketing expert within the department.

  • Work closely with CRM, Website, Social Media and Content teams to ensure an integrated digital ecosystem.

  • Contribute to audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing and loyalty initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance marketing and analytics.

  • Proven success managing paid media campaigns and budgets.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and Google Analytics 4.

  • Practical experience using AI tools within a marketing environment.

Technical Skills

  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4.

  • Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Business Profile.

  • CRM and email marketing platforms (Brevo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or equivalent).

  • Reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.

  • AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney or similar.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.

  • Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams.

  • Curious, innovative and eager to embrace new technologies.

Languages

  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

  • German is considered an asset.
