We are looking for a Transfer Agent (M/F) on a permanent contract.


As a Transfer Agent, your responsibilities cover the following aspects:


  • Participation in the implementation of a robust AML framework to ensure investor KYC requirements are met at registration and adequately reviewed according to their risk classification.
  • AML/KYC controls of first line of defense.
  • Participation in the daily deliverables of the transfer agency and operations management.
  • Establishment and updating of effective systems, resources, structure, and expertise to support current and projected activity levels related to the Transfer Agency.
  • Review of transactions: subscription, redemption, transfer, and conversion orders, as well as merger events, equalizations, and dividend distributions.
  • Onboarding and ongoing review of new clients and investors.
  • Verification of the updating of shareholder registers, cancellation and issuance of certificates, and distribution of dividends.
  • Migration of investors' static data into the new reference Domos software.
  • Active participation in the development of functionalities in Domos software.
  • Assist investors and clients with their daily requests related to Transfer Agency activities.

Your profile:


  • Diploma in Law or very strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
  • 7-8 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in KYC (Know Your Customer)
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and initiative-driven
  • Organized and methodical approach
  • Effective task prioritization and workload management
  • High level of autonomy
  • Excellent communication skills, flexible and real ability to manage
