To support our Marketing team, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will work closely with management and operational teams to drive marketing initiatives, strengthen our brands, identify growth opportunities, and actively contribute to the future development of our business.
Your responsibilities
Take strategic and operational responsibility for a diverse portfolio of brands, products, and services.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that support commercial objectives, sustainable growth, and long-term brand development.
Proactively drive the development and positioning of our brands and services.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and brand-compliant communication across all customer touchpoints and channels.
Drive cross-functional projects and coordinate marketing-related initiatives across the Emile Weber Group.
Manage complex stakeholder environments and ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
Develop compelling campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer loyalty.
Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Your profile
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Several years of marketing experience in a customer-focused industry.
Strong understanding of brand management and the ability to build, position, and strengthen brands consistently across all touchpoints.
Experience in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional and complex initiatives.
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong team player who fosters collaboration, trust, and a positive team spirit across departments.
Available to work on site in Luxembourg.
Fluent knowledge of German, French, Luxembourgish, and English.
