Junior Social Media Content Creator (m/f/d)

As one of Luxembourg’s leading passenger transport and travel companies, Voyages Emile Weber employs more than 2,300 people.

To support our Marketing team, we are looking for a Junior Social Media Content Creator (m/f/d) to bring our brands, people and experiences to life through creative and authentic social media content.

Working closely with our Digital Communication Manager, your focus will be on content creation, editing and publishing for Emile Weber.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, adapted to each platform and audience

• Film and photograph content at our offices, events and during selected trips

• Create and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels and other social media content

• Regularly appear in videos, presenting our services, sharing experiences and interviewing colleagues

• Tell engaging stories about our employees, services, destinations and experiences

• Spot relevant social media trends and adapt them to our brands

• Turn briefs and campaign ideas into organic content, with guidance from our Digital Communication Manager

• Write captions and adapt copy to each brand’s tone of voice

• Schedule and publish approved content

• Organize content files and contribute to the editorial calendar

Your profile

• A background in communication, marketing, audiovisual production or a related field, or practical content creation experience

• First experience creating social media content through an internship, job, personal project or work for a brand

• A good understanding of social media trends, formats and platform culture

• Comfortable filming with a smartphone and an eye for framing, lighting and sound

• Practical video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or a comparable tool, including subtitles, audio and platform-specific formats

• Comfortable using Canva to create Stories, carousels and other social media visuals

• Familiarity with native publishing tools and Meta Business Suite

• Creative, organized and reliable, with a willingness to learn and take feedback

• Available to work on site in Luxembourg and flexible for occasional trips, events, evenings or weekends

• Working knowledge of Luxembourgish, French, German and English. Fluency in all four languages is not required
