Data Architect/Senior Data Engineer (m/f/n)

Your tasks
- You will work in the Data Platform and Software Engineering Team on Creos Smart Grid Journey
- You are taking care of the health, resilience, and performance of the Creos Data platform and their data solutions (marts, warehouses, lakes) & data pipelines
- You maintain and adapt the existing Data Vault 2.0 models based on business requirements
- You implement data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from various sources
- You troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise with our data systems
- You are familiar with DataOps principles for driving data quality throughout the application lifecycle
- You understand the existing data platform capabilities and review the needs in line with the business context
- You actively propose and drive requirements for improving the AWS data platform capabilities for better serving business needs and cost optimization
- You work on data integrity and guarantee compliance with regulatory context
- You work on data strategy with the team and enable a progressive evolution to achieve data centricity
Your profile
- You hold a University Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Sciences
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You have an advanced level of SQL programming to build and feed the Data Vault
- Knowledge in data architectures and some experience with tools like DataBricks
- You are experienced in Data Science e.g. Jupyter/Python or R
- You worked with visualization tools like Tableau or AWS Quicksight
- You are familiar with AWS Cloud Services and data analytics
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
- You are hands on with excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and a high degree of self-motivation
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English. The knowledge of French, German and/or Luxemburgish will be considered as an advantage
