As a Specialist Project Portfolio Management, your tasks will include:
- Keeping track of changes in project progress, resource allocation, and availability of project capacity;
- Collecting and analyzing data related to project performance, resource allocation, and financial metrics in Monday.com;
- Creating reports and dashboards summarizing portfolio status, risks, and trends;
- Assessing projects in alignment with the Director EPMO in terms of risks and propose implementation strategies;
- Assist the various EPMO team members in day-to-day tasks and regular reporting.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field;
- At least three years of experience managing projects or programs, with a track-record of success (i.e., references and/or credentials);
- At least three years of experience supporting and managing cross-functional project teams, as well as business and technical stakeholders;
- Ability to provide and express business judgement and to think strategically;
- Having the desire to find a solution for a problem in a structured and creative way;
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work with autonomy;
- Extended experienced operating the Work.OS of Monday.com;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease interacting with different stakeholders;
- Highly sensitive to cultural diversity and multi-disciplinary teams;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Fluent in English. Further languages (French and/or German) are considered an asset;
- Proficient use of MS Office tools.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- The position demands a regular presence in the office and requires vacation and other absences to be planned so as to avoid conflicting with service needs.
