Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor operational flight plans for all CV and ICV scheduled, ad-hoc, training, and test flights.
- Analyze weather conditions, aircraft performance, airspace restrictions, operational limitations, and regulatory requirements to support safe and efficient flight operations.
- Assist in optimizing flight routes, fuel plans, payload allocations, and operational efficiency.
- Provide operational briefings and support to flight crews before and during flight.
- Prepare and file ICAO flight plans and coordinate operational updates with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support disruption management activities by evaluating alternatives and assisting with operational recovery solutions.
- Liaise with internal departments, airports, service providers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures and flight dispatch processes.
