  • Articulate results and convey actionable business insight for both sales management and executive audiences.
  • Develop reporting and analytics for core sales operations, enhancing business insights in lead and opportunity conversion and pipeline development.
  • Oversee the management and administration of territory balances, requests, planning and market potential.
  • Support local markets with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reporting and executive dashboards.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales operating metrics.
  • Ensure sales dashboard relevance and manage data import/export for additional processes and analytics.
  • Proactively streamline communication to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Collect and leverage feedback to collaborate with sales leadership on KPIs (process, progress, and improvements).
  • Participate in regular calls with local markets to discuss performance and follow up on opportunities.


Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in customer analytics or statistical studies, preferably in an airline.
  • Customer Focus: Proactively identify and meet partner and customer needs. Communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds.
  • Data Analytics: Independently interpret sales data and solve problems effectively.
  • Independence: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Forward Thinker: Ready to make an impact on a global sales organization.
  • Communication Skills: Persuasive and clear in presenting information internally and externally. Able to understand technical problems and clearly explain solutions. 
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to new tasks and open to new ideas.
  • Team Player: Engage in productive dialogue and contribute to high team morale.
  • Organization: Ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate activities to achieve goals on time. Provide relevant, timely, and accurate information.
  • Integrity: Promote an open, honest, and respectful workplace. Methodical and attentive to detail.


Working Conditions:

  • Temporary position based in Luxembourg
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
  • The category of the position depends on the experience of the selected candidate
