Task Responsibilities:
Join our Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) division as a Technical Contracts and Maintenance Sales Specialist and become part of a team, managing strategic technical contracts as well as driving maintenance sales!
As part of your work on Maintenance & Engineering Contracts, you will be responsible to:
- Conduct, analyze, and present tenders.
- Analyze, negotiate, and prepare contracts.
- Ensure all legal and commercial requirements are incorporated in the contracts.
- Administer technical contracts within the division.
- Maintain and develop our customer portfolio.
- Administer customer requirements and handle requests.
- Coordinate customer material handling and repairs.
- Follow-up on customer activity and invoicing.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Aerospace), Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience is a similar role; Experience in the aviation industry and/or maintenance is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, writing, creative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Initiative-taking with strong prioritization skills.
- Methodical and organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts.
- Experience in the aviation industry and/or maintenance is an asset.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working Conditions:
- Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
- The position demands a regular presence in the office and requires vacation and other absences to be planned to avoid conflicting with service needs. Flexibility is needed with working hours.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- The shortlisted candidates will perform an external assessment as part of the recruitment process.
