Task Responsibilities:
- Maintain tool and equipment records and ensure all information remains accurate and up to date.
- Ensure tools and equipment are available when required to support maintenance operations.
- Apply and promote best maintenance practices for all tools and equipment.
- Perform repairs on tools and equipment within the Tool Crib whenever feasible.
- Inspect, control, and maintain tools and equipment in a serviceable condition.
- Coordinate tool and equipment repairs with internal workshops and external repair providers.
- Monitor shop stock inventory and ensure availability in line with maintenance workload requirements.
- Communicate relevant operational and technical information to the team in a timely manner.
- Promote, observe, and enforce 5S principles and housekeeping standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Secondary technical education, accomplished apprenticeship in a technical field or equivalent
- Between 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Tools and/or Stock management
- Be customer focused and have a co-operative attitude
- Have good communication skills and able to work with a team
- Have the ability to work alone and to show good initiative
- Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Working Conditions:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Full-time position based in Luxembourg.
- The position requires to work shifts.
- The position requires the possession of a cat. B driving license.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
- The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical fitness certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment.
