FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
Pictet Group’s Private Assets (called PETAL) is the center of excellence of Private Assets Operations within the Pictet Group. It aims at servicing all Private Assets operations across Business Lines and covers the different Private Assets invested by our Business Lines. PETAL ensures smooth coordination of Private Assets Operations with the front lines as well as the Bank’s Custody Services. PETAL activities cover Middle Office activities, back-office administration activities in coordination with the Custody Bank, as well as Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Valuer activities for PERE Funds.
As Private Assets Investment Specialist you will be responsible, within the set deadlines, for the coordination, execution and ongoing monitoring of Private Assets investment operations (Closing, commitments, transfers,.) from the reception of the instructions from our clients to the closing of the underlying Private Asset investment.
Your role
- Executing Private Assets subscription transaction including in particular subscription to Private Equity Fund, transfer and AML KYC review
- Follow-up of the instructions received from the client.
- Preparation of draft subscription document
- Liaise with the underlying Private Asset Investment AML KYC team and taking charge their request.
- Communication with clients and support internal/external stakeholders/parties involved in the AML KYC Onboarding process.
- Helping to improve controls and procedures.
Your profile
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Private Asset in a Central Administration, AIFM, Management Company with an exposure to subscription process
- Good organizational skills and a focus on details
- Outstanding communication skills (with clients inside and outside the Bank) and excellent interpersonal skills
- Familiar with AML KYC regulations in force and with various typology of clients / investors (Retail, Corporate, Trust, Foundation, Pension Fund, Insurance, etc.)
- Experience in wealth management/private banking would be a plus.
- Fluent in English and French; any other language would be an asset.
