FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

 

Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

 

As Private Assets Corporate Accountant, you will book accounting entries, prepare quarterly report and annual financial statements, address auditor inquiries, coordinate tax filing preparations and ensure that deadlines are met. The function also includes managing transactions, recording movements in systems, and assist to the implementation of new structures or liquidations.

 

Your role

 

  • Book accounting entries and prepare accurate and timely financial statements for SPVs and GPs, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Review accounting situations prepared by external service providers.
  • Coordinate and monitor audits and ensure that supporting documents are made available. 
  • Coordinate tax filings, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external tax advisors.
  • Preparation of transactions and ensure they are properly recorded in systems.  
  • Respond to client requests and ensure high-quality contact with other departments. 
  • Assist the onboarding of new structures or the liquidation of existing ones, providing accounting expertise and support. 
  • Involve in numerous development projects carried out by the department.

 

Your profile

 

Education:

  • University degree / Bachelor in Finance, Economics, Accounting

 

Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years in similar position

 

Knowledge / technical skills:

  • Knowledge of regulations governing Luxembourg funds. 
  • Excellent grasp of alternative products (PERE).
  • Skilled user of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge of BOB50 and Efront

  • Good command in French and English
