IT Security Officer – IAM
Key Responsibilities
- Support and continuously improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and controls across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.
- Manage user lifecycle activities (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), including access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.
- Monitor and review user access rights, privileged accounts, and segregation of duties (SoD) controls to ensure compliance.
- Support the implementation and administration of security controls such as MFA, SSO, RBAC, Conditional Access, and PAM.
- Contribute to IAM governance through the development and enforcement of policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and security frameworks, including DORA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Assist in SOC operations by supporting security event monitoring, log analysis, incident follow-up, and remediation coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management and security operations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Security, IAM, or Cybersecurity, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including JML processes, access reviews, segregation of duties, and privileged access management.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and remediation activities.
- Good knowledge of security standards and regulatory frameworks such as DORA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization technologies (MFA, SSO, RBAC, PAM).
- Exposure to SOC environments, SIEM tools, log monitoring, or security incident management is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a security-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
