The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).
Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:

Intern - Transformation & Change Management
As an Intern in the Transformation & Change Management Department, the Employee’s duties will notably include, but will not be limited to, the performance of the following tasks:
Your role:
CORE TASK
AI & Digital Tool Adoption Support
Support adoption of AI and productivity tools (e.g. Copilot, Brief.ai, Legora);
Prepare user guides, FAQs, and how-to documentation;
Collect user feedback and track adoption progress;
Assist in preparing adoption status summaries for management.
Client Portal / Digital Initiatives (Cloud Migration)
Assist in preparing project materials (slides, summaries, trackers);
Support documentation and review of functional use cases;
Assist in testing portal features from a user perspective;
Help structure feedback on usability and process alignment.
OTHER TASKS
Data & Reporting Support
Help collect, clean, and structure data for reporting;
Support preparation of dashboards or Excel/Power BI extracts (under guidance);
Flag data quality issues.
Governance & Ways of Working
Help document standards, templates, and best practices;
Support alignment with internal governance requirements;
Assist in keeping internal repositories organized.
Your profile:
 You are currently studying for a master’s degree in any relevant subjects;
A first internship in the field is a plus;
You are well organized and rigorous;
You are able to prioritize workload and manage several tasks;
You display a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
You have knowledge of Microsoft word and excel;
You are fluent in English. Any other language would be considered as an asset.
