AManco S.A. is the alternative investment fund manager with Arendt. It is wholly owned by Arendt Services and is regulated and supervised by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF – Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).
AManco S.A. has the capacity to manage a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes (private equity, venture capital, real estate, debts and fund of funds).

Intern - Portfolio Management
As an intern primarily attached to the Portfolio Management team, the intern will work closely with portfolio managers while also providing support to other internal teams (including Risk Management, Compliance, Valuation and Client Relationship Management) on a transversal basis when needed. The role offers broad exposure to the AIFM’s investment, oversight and operational activities.
Your role:
Supporting the Portfolio Management team in the due diligence and oversight of investment advisors and delegated portfolio managers.
Participating in investment analysis and contributing to the drafting of investment memos and internal materials for Investment Committee meetings.
Contributing to the analysis, monitoring and reporting of portfolios and underlying assets under management.
Supporting day‑to‑day investment and operational activities, including transaction‑related processes.
Assisting with the oversight of delegated portfolio management activities in coordination with relevant internal functions.
Helping to ensure compliance with investment guidelines, regulatory requirements and internal policies, in collaboration with Compliance and Risk Management teams.
Contributing to internal and external reporting, including portfolio, risk and regulatory reporting.
Proactively escalating matters requiring senior management attention.
Supporting the optimization of monitoring tools, workflows and portfolio management processes.
Participating in cross‑functional projects and internal meetings, gaining exposure to best practices across the organization.
Collaborating closely with Risk Management, Compliance, Valuation and Client Relationship Management on matters relating to the funds under management.
Liaising, under supervision, with external stakeholders such as the depositary and central administration in relation to fund updates, deal flows and investment strategies
Your profile:
You are currently studying for a master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Law or any other relevant subjects;
You are fluent in English. French will be considered a strong asset;
You have a deep interest and affinity for alternative investments;
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
You are proactive, rigorous with the ability to meet deadlines;
You are a team player and the ability to work independently;
You are skilled in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
