À Steinfort au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, tout près de la frontière belge, se tient la Table de Frank. Un restaurant chaleureux et accueillant, à l’image de son initiateur, Frank Steffen. Bien connu dans la région de par ses célèbres boucheries et charcuteries Maison Steffen, mais aussi grâce à son traiteur d’excellence, Steffen Traiteur, Monsieur Steffen a su instaurer un aura de qualité autour de son restaurant.
De la boucherie où il a fait ses premiers pas, Frank a imaginé une table qui lui ressemble. Un lieu intime, où la pièce de bœuf du terroir côtoie le plus délicat des carpaccio, dans un décor cosy. Un restaurant à la fois raffiné et authentique, où aucun détail n’a été laissé au hasard.
Côté restaurant, la famille Steffen stimule son équipe en salle à vous réserver le meilleur accueil qui soit. Deux salles se partagent l’espace, sur deux niveaux, avec chacune leur caractère. En été, une petite terrasse ensoleillée et joliment agrémentée de buis, vous permet de profiter de la clémence des températures
Côté cuisine, trois chefs confirmés proposent une cuisine française fine et gourmande, de type « Brasserie », privilégiant le terroir et les produits locaux. On se laissera surprendre par des rognons de veau ou des pieds de porc panés… façon Table de Frank ! La carte fait la part belle à la viande et ses spécialités. La boucherie n’est pas loin et c’est plutôt une bonne nouvelle pour les amateurs de bonne chair. Les viandes proposées sont tendres, savoureuses et d’une qualité irréprochable, qu’il est difficile de trouver ailleurs !
La Table de Frank, c’est aussi une superbe carte de vins ! Le restaurant propose plus d’une centaine de références, servies au verre ou à la bouteille. Vous pouvez aussi en acheter (à emporter) à tarif modéré. De belles caves vitrées permettent d’ailleurs au visiteur d’apprécier les grands crus sélectionnés.
