In a few words

As a member of staff of the European Parliament, no matter your position, you contribute to making European democracy happen. The European Parliament’s administration provides technical and expert assistance to the 720 democratically elected Members of Parliament, supporting the work of the only directly elected EU institution.

The European Parliament is an inclusive place of work where principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion are applied across the board. Teams work on a day-to-day basis at the crossroads of many European cultures and Parliament champions multilingualism in its political work. Every member of staff works alongside co-workers with a variety of backgrounds in a unique, motivating environment.

The European Parliament has three main places of work: Luxembourg, Brussels, and Strasbourg; and is also present via its liaison offices in all 27 Member States and beyond. Come and join us!
