Created in 2024 by Moovijob.com, the "Attractiveness Index" offers Luxembourg companies a tangible way to assess the strength of their employer brand and position themselves against their competitors. On 20 March, during the 16th edition of the Moovijob Day Luxembourg fair, participating companies were once again assessed.

What is the Attractiveness Index?
The Attractiveness Index is the average rating received by each company across the following three criteria:
- The aesthetics of the stand (The warmth and friendliness, decoration, colours, activities... Does this stand make me want to engage with this company?)
- The clarity of the message (Is the company's message clear? Can I easily understand what the company does, its sector, its professions, its projects, its corporate culture? ...)
- The people at the stand (Are they welcoming? Do they make me want to interact with them?)
Anonymous visitors mingled with the 20,000 participants at the Moovijob Day Luxembourg. They visited the stands of the 145 companies present and assessed them based on these criteria.
Post Luxembourg, the Air Navigation Administration and Abalone on the podium
With an Attractiveness Index of 4.79 out of 5, Post Luxembourg has climbed to the top of the rankings. What made the difference? A polished stand paired with a clear and impactful message.
The Air Navigation Administration (Attractiveness Index = 4.78) continues to attract candidates and has once again secured a place on the podium. And the pictures speak for themselves: a harmonious stand, precise keywords and beaming exhibitors.
In third place is Abalone, one of the leading players in the temporary work and human resources sector. Their score of 4.77 is well deserved. Their iconic red balloons are hard to miss!
