MOOVIJOB PRIVACY POLICY

14/12/2020

OUR COMMITMENT

Moovijob is committed to complying with all applicable regulations, and in particular undertakes to comply in full with European Union Regulation No. 2016/679, i.e. the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in order to protect personal data and their confidentiality to the fullest extent possible.

Our privacy policy described here applies to all of our services and applies to all visitors to the various moovijob.com pages and users of our services.

Our privacy policy is subject to change. If we do so, the new version will become the version available on our site and all users who have already accepted it will be notified.

DATA CONTROLLER

Moovijob collects and processes the personal data of its users via its website and is responsible for the processing of this data within the meaning of the GDPR.

Moovijob's Data Protection Officer (DPO) is Bertrand Cuinet. He can preferably be contacted by e-mail at dataprotection@moovijob.com or by post at the following address: 24-28 Rue Goethe L-1637 Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Our mission at Moovijob is first of all to enable our users to find out about job and training offers on the Luxembourgish market mainly, but also in the surrounding regions.

In addition, we support and advise our users in their professional development and more broadly in their understanding of the world of work.

We offer them our clients' job offers, in the broadest sense of the term (permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, internships, work-study contracts, temporary work, etc.), as well as training courses, either online or during our events.

We also offer information and advice on employment, training, recruitment, careers and the world of work in general via our newsletters, articles on our blog or discussions in our forum.

Moovijob's processing operations fulfil these missions, and therefore serve explicit, legitimate, and determined purposes.

No personal user data is passed on to our customers without the user's consent.

Provide our users with the best possible information on current and future job and training offers

A simple visit to the moovijob.com website and its various pages allows our users to find out at a glance about current job and training opportunities and the companies that offer them. No request for personal data is forced and registration on the website is not compulsory during these visits.

Some features allow you to find out about future job offers. This can be for example the setting up of one or more "Job Alerts". These are job alerts sent by e-mail following the appearance of new job offers corresponding to search criteria saved by the user. It can also be an "Event Alert" linked to the appearance of a new recruitment event in the schedule. It can also be the company tracking functionality which allows the user to receive by email new job offers from one or more companies.

At any time, the user can unsubscribe from these features either by clicking on a link in the emails they receive, or by going to their personal space to delete the alerts.

The processing of this data enables us to get to know our users better so that we can subsequently offer them job offers in line with their interests and search criteria.

Enable our users to be put in touch with employment and training professionals.

Our services allow our users to be put in touch with our customers.

Our clients are either companies that are recruiting or training organisations or, more broadly, players in professional development.

This contact is made when a user decides to respond to an offer from one of our clients. In the case of a job offer, the client then receives the user's application with the related information. The connection can also be made after a user has uploaded his CV in our CV database. The client who is using the CV database can then get in touch with the user.

The processing of our users' data enables us to suggest opportunities to them, whether job or training offers, information related to companies and more generally information related to the world of work.

Advise our users in their careers

We offer our users a blog where they will find articles allowing them to have the information they are looking for on job offers, training, professions, companies, salaries, good practices in recruitment, and the world of work in general, in order to answer any questions they may have and allow them to make their choice in full knowledge. Access to the blog does not require any particular registration.

This blog is coupled with a forum on the same themes as before, which allows everyone to read past discussions or participate in discussions.

Finally, we offer our users a "newsletter" (information emails sent regularly on the themes outlined above). At any time, a user can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the link provided for this purpose at the bottom of the email.

Our processing of our users' data enables us to get to know them better, to recommend services adapted to their needs and to better advise them in their careers.

Understanding your needs to better meet them

Moovijob regularly offers satisfaction questionnaires or surveys to its users in order to get their feedback, whether it is with regard to the use of the website or following a participation in an event. The user is not obliged to answer our questionnaires. When he decides to do so, we use the answers to obtain non-nominative statistics on the labour and training market. For events, the surveys allow us to calculate participation rates. In general, these questionnaires allow us to improve the experience we offer our users.

Inventing Tomorrow

We potentially use user data to develop our services, within the framework of the purpose of our personal data processing, namely to put our users in contact with our clients in the context of job or training search.

If we were to carry out further processing of user data for purposes other than those described in our privacy policy, we would inform our users and, if necessary, seek their consent.

COLLECTED DATA

Moovijob takes care to only process personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes detailed above.

In addition to the information necessary to put you in contact with recruiters or training organisations (e.g. surname, first name, e-mail address, ...), only information relating to expertise, skills or professional prospects or any specificities linked to working conditions may be requested.

Data provided by the user

We make sure that we do not ask our users for data that is not necessary for our clients to process requests or to refine their selection of suitable profiles.

Sometimes, when applying for a job advertisement, or clicking on a training offer, the user may be redirected to the website of our clients or partners. When this is requested, the user will then have to consult the customer or partner's provisions regarding the management of personal data. In the event that the user accepts these conditions and decides to continue, Moovijob cannot be held responsible for the processing of personal data that will subsequently be carried out by the client or partner in its capacity as data controller.
