Your responsibilities:
- Implement and ensure compliance with the Group's Compliance policy;
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and apply them to internal policies;
- Identify and assess Compliance risks, and propose and follow up on corrections;
- Perform AML/KYC/Tax controls on clients and contract operations;
- Train employees on Compliance matters;
- Prepare files for the Acceptance Committee and assist in report preparation.
You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
- Master's degree in Economics, Law, or Finance;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within an insurance company or the banking sector;
- Compliance certification from IFBL;
- Fluency in both French and English.
