In a few words
Lorsque le Conseil du gouvernement a décidé le 29 juillet 2016 de notre création, il a été question d´un service d’écoute et d’accompagnement des personnes qui sont confrontées, de quelque manière que ce soit, à l’extrémisme et à la radicalisation violente.
Depuis le 3 juillet 2017, respect.lu est officiellement opérationnel et cherche à mettre en œuvre ses missions auprès de son public cible.
Nos missions
Le positionnement de respect.lu se fait en cohérence avec ses missions. Ce sont nos missions qui définissent le cadre dans lequel nous opérons.
Nos missions sont à la base de nos actions et ils nous guident dans notre travail au quotidien.
Trois missions ont été confiées à respect.lu.
La prévention
Reconnaître et identifier les tendances radicales dans une approche préventive.
Sensibilisation et information du public cible sur les facteurs psycho-sociaux, politiques, historiques, idéologiques et de communication, susceptibles de favoriser l’émergence d’attitudes radicales ainsi que la prévention de tout acte de violence radicale au Luxembourg ou en relation avec le Luxembourg.
Cela inclut également la dissémination d’informations concernant le processus de radicalisation.
L'accompagnement
L’offre d’écoute, de soutien et les mesures d’accompagnement qui s’adressent directement à la personne radicalisée ou en voie de radicalisation et à son entourage. Cela inclut l’analyse et l’évaluation de la situation, la diffusion d’informations sur le processus de radicalisation, un soutien psychologique et psychothérapeutique et une assistance complète en étroite collaboration avec d’autres institutions des secteurs psycho-éducatif et social.
Écoute active afin de comprendre, ainsi que soutien et accompagnement.
La déradicalisation
Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la réalisation d’un programme de déradicalisation et de prise en charge d’une personne radicalisée ainsi qu’à sa réinsertion dans la société. Ceci en coopération avec le pouvoir judiciaire et ses organes affiliés.
Il s’agit ici plutôt d’une mission d’assistance à la déradicalisation au Luxembourg.
