Today, we are currently recruiting an IT Security & Controls Advisor.

Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
Identify and assess risks related to information system security.
Define and implement risk mitigation plans in collaboration with various departments.
Document security incidents and propose solutions to minimize potential impacts.
Design, implement, and optimize security controls to protect systems and data.
Ensure that information systems comply with applicable standards and regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
Conduct regular audits of security controls and follow up on recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of controls and overall security posture.
Monitor new threats and vulnerabilities in order to adjust controls accordingly.
Actively participate in security incident management and response coordination.
Participate in the preparation and management of internal and external IT security audits.
Ensure that security practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with auditors to ensure the implementation of action plans and recommendations resulting from audits.
Train and educate IT and business teams on security best practices and controls in place.
Develop cybersecurity awareness programs for all employees.
Work with security, compliance, and business departments to ensure that IT security controls are well integrated and aligned with business objectives.
Participate in the development of the department's budget.

The required profile
Studies / training
Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in a similar position

Experience
3 years of experience in a similar role

Skills and knowledge required
*IT Tools
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
*Languages
Mandatory:
French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
In-depth knowledge of security standards and benchmarks (ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, etc.).

Valid permanent B driving licence
