Your responsibilities


*Your daily tasks

  • Coordinate various communication and marketing activities

  • Work internally with different departments/services to create relevant content

  • Guide and collaborate with external agencies (communication, translation, and web agencies)

  • Support the development of the company's communication strategy and increase brand awareness

  • Assist the MarCom Manager in creating content (written, film, voice-over) for external stakeholders (press, passengers, shareholders).

  • Contribute to the harmonisation of corporate identity and corporate design

  • Collaborate on public relations activities, media requests and sponsorship requests

  • Assist with crisis communication, respond to last-minute requests to avoid bad publicity.

  • Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of the actions implemented

  • Work on the planning, preparation and execution of communication/marketing activities (e.g. events, conferences)

  • Coordinate activities related to managing relations with the airport's neighbours (e.g. communities, organisations)

  • Support the MarCom Manager in preparing the marketing plan and budget

  • Contribute to other commercial activities and daily tasks

  • Provide back-up for the MarCom Manager in case of absence (holidays, etc.)


*Your other missions

  • Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).

  • Participating in the integration of new employees 

  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile

Studies / training

Higher education diploma (Bachelor) or equivalent experience

Experience

2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, communications, or event management

Skills and knowledge required


*IT Tools

Mandatory:

Microsoft Office suite


*Languages

Mandatory:

  • French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

  • English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)


*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job

  • Experience in project management or customer relationship management (CRM) is considered an asset.

  • Knowledge of WordPress

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mailjet

  • Basic skills in graphics software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Proficiency in other design and video software is considered an asset.

  • Valid permanent B driving licence
