Our Corporate and Finance Litigation Department is looking for an
Legal Assistant (m/f)
(full-time – permanent contract)
Your role:
- Typing, formatting and proofreading of legal documents;
- Managing and filing legal documents as well as updating databases;
- Billing;
- Liaising with notaries, external lawyers, Luxembourg Business Register and administrations, as necessary;
- General clerical tasks.
Your profile:
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, Personal or Billing Assistant;
- A degree in secretarial work or an equivalent degree;
- An experience in a Luxembourg law firm or a similar working environment would be highly appreciated;
- Fluency in English and French. A good command of German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset;
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, electronic document management EDM/GED and Outlook;
- Excellent communication skills and good team spirit;
- Pro-active, rigorous and with good organization skills.
