Compliance Officer (m/f/n)
Your tasks
- You conduct compliance risk assessments and support the implementation of risk mitigation action plans in connection therewith
- You develop and supervise the implementation of action plans in connection with audit findings and compliance violations
- You design and provide compliance training programs
- You raise compliance awareness through appropriate communication channels to foster a compliance culture
- You provide appropriate compliance advice and recommendations
- You support the development of monitoring processes in connection with identified risks
- You enhance compliance policies and procedures to the extent needed, based on legal and regulatory developments
- You support the subsidiary-level compliance managers in their preventative mission at operational level and foster synergies within Encevo’s compliance communities
- You assist the Internal Audit in investigations
- You prepare compliance reports for the governance bodies of the Encevo Group
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in Economy, Law or any related field
- You have minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position
- You are a communicative and engaged team player
- You are an expert in compliance matters and risk management
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Knowledge of Luxembourgish or German will be considered as an advantage.
