Responsibilities
The position holder will have the following responsibilities:
- Design, dimensioning, and optimization of technical installations
- Preparation of technical concepts, calculations, and tender documentation
- Management of projects across all phases, including design, execution, and commissioning
- Coordination with internal departments and external partners (consultants, contractors, suppliers)
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and safety requirements
- Conducting system assessments and identifying energy efficiency improvements
- Supporting budget planning and monitoring cost control
Requirements
- A degree in Building Services Engineering (HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Engineering)
- 2–5 years of professional experience in facility management or in building services sector
- Good knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and regulations
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- A proactive and motivated mindset with a high level of commitment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
- Language skills: English is required; Luxembourgish, French, or German are considered an advantage
