Project Manager Trainee (m/f)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the IT Business Applications manager, your responsibilities will be to:
- Assist senior project managers in planning, coordinating and executing projects according to the standards and methodologies of BDO Luxembourg.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality and risks.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, reports and presentations.
- Define business objectives, project scope, and planning.
- Report the Project Status and Structure using the project management tools at BDO.
- Collect information from stakeholders and transcribe them into an action plan.
- Coordinate project activities by keeping the right level of communication between stakeholders.
- Support the Project Manager to detect and monitor the risks and issues and deploy mitigation actions with the project team.
- Chair steering and project committees and keep project stakeholders informed by delivering clear status reports.
- Contribute to the project methodology improvement.
Requirements

- You are a future graduate of a Master’s degree in Project management, Economy, Engineering or equivalent;
- You are looking for an inspiring end-of-studies internship;
- You have an excellent presentation and strong communication skills;
- You have proven analytical and organizational skills;
- You have a can-do attitude and problem solving mindset;
- You are fluent in French and English;
