What will you do?
- Be involved in fair valuation assignments across the main asset classes (e.g. private equity, real estate and private debts);
- Be involved in intangible valuations and purchase price allocation exercises across several sectors and industries;
- Be involved in M&A transactions;
- Be involved in preparing and reviewing business financials models;
- Work on transaction supports (buy side and sell side due diligences).
This offer is for you if:
- You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics, ideally with a Corporate Finance specialization;
- You have ideally a first proven experience (up to 2 years) in Corporate Finance Services (valuation, M&A, transaction support);
- You aim to keep learning;
- You aim to be a well-rounded corporate finance professional;
- You are proactive, involved, highly motivated and take responsibility for your own work;
- You got strong analytical and communication skills;
- You speak English. French and German are a plus, any other additional European language will be considered an asset;
