Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:

Senior Officer - General Accounting (Finance Department)
Your role:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping and bank reconciliations;
Review payment orders and follow up;
Preparation of monthly accounting closing/reporting (VAT returns, CSSF…);
Preparation of monthly closing/reporting (P&L dashboard, explanation of P&L trends);
Contribute to the financial analysis and collect key information for the management of KPIs;
Participate to finalize and ensure the accuracy of financial information/reporting;
Drafting of annual financial statements;
Participate actively in the audit process (internal and external);
Assist and develop the competencies of the juniors of the team and also be in charge of the coordination, review, and validation of all work delivered by the team;
Review delegated tasks to more junior/senior accountants;
Expected to take the lead and contribute to internal projects;
Liaison with accounting senior managers, as well as other internal teams;
Expected to have regular interaction/communication with internal clients;
Contribute to the improvement of internal processes/digitalization.
Your profile:
 You hold a diploma in accounting (BTS, Bachelor’s degree or Graduate/Master’s degree).
You have professional experience of at least 5 years in a similar environment (accounting or audit) and have a solid knowledge and understanding of accounting rules and principles;
You have an extensive exposure to Lux GAAP, IFRS and Consolidation;
You are well organized, rigorous and able to work with short deadlines;
You are able to prioritize workload, manage several tasks and display a positive and enthusiastic attitude;
You are able to delegate and review tasks given to more junior accountants;
You have very good command of English and French;
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of DeMASy and others standard accounting tools would be a strong advantage
