Your Responsibilities | Law – Legal officer – Corporate – Finance – CoSec – Investment funds
- You will manage a portfolio primarily composed of AIFs and SPVs in Real Estate.
- You will be responsible for corporate governance, including organizing board meetings.
- Drafting legal documents such as minutes, resolutions, and agreements will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will be required to liaise with third parties such as notaries and lawyers.
- Working closely with other teams, such as accounting, for the preparation of annual accounts will also be part of your responsibilities.

- You have at least 6 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, asset management). Understanding the type of environment you may join is essential.
- Being comfortable with both SPVs and AIFs in Real Estate is crucial to efficiently manage your future portfolio. Knowledge of AIFs is considered an asset.
- To communicate effectively with colleagues and third parties, fluency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills are essential for this position, as it involves liaising with multiple stakeholders.

- A salary of up to €90,000 gross per year, depending on your skills and experience, will highlight your contribution to the firm’s success.
