In a few words
TEAM TRAGWERK – das sind wir, ein 15-köpfiges Team bestehend aus Statikern, Technikern, und Bauzeichnern. An unseren beiden Standorten in Trier (Deutschland) und Wecker (Luxembourg) haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Tragwerksplanung von Neubauten und Bestandsgebäuden zu entwickeln, bei denen die Konstruktionen im Vorborgenen bleiben und so die Architektur hervorgehoben wird. Im Vordergrund stehen dabei die Stabilität, Langlebigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte.
Unser Büro entwickelt sich stetig weiter, um gemeinsam an Projekten zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig die ökonomischen und nachhaltigen Gesichtspunkte der Arbeit in den Fokus zu rücken. So legen wir beispielsweise sehr viel Wert darauf, einen überwiegend papierlosen Büroablauf zu ermöglichen und integrieren schon von Beginn an die digitalen Abläufe in unseren Arbeitsalltag.
Die berufliche Ausbildung, am Beruf interessierter Menschen, steht dabei ebenfalls im Fokus unseres Schaffens. Zurzeit beschäftigen wir zwei auszubildende Bauzeichner:innen ebenso wie drei Werkstudent:innen, die sich in ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung befinden und von uns dahingehend unterstützt werden. Die effektive Zusammenarbeit sowie ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima führen uns zu einem familiären und motivierten Team.
