Roude Léiwen Fussballschoul is Luxembourg’s leading elite youth football academy, dedicated to children and teenagers aged 4 to 17. Based in Hesperange, we stand out as a global reference in youth football development. Our philosophy combines high-quality technical and tactical training with the organization of more than 60 international matches and tournaments every year. We collaborate with the best football schools worldwide, offering unique stages, clinics, and competitive experiences that help young players grow both on and off the pitch.

We don’t just train footballers — we shape champions, leaders, and confident individuals ready to shine on the international stage. Our teams participate regularly in prestigious youth tournaments across Europe and beyond, creating unforgettable experiences for our players and their families.

To continue our ambitious international expansion, we are actively looking for motivated and qualified professionals to join our dynamic team:

• Coaches and accompanying staff for our international tournaments around the world. You will travel with our teams, support the players during competitions, and ensure a safe, educational, and high-performance environment.
• Marketing specialists to strengthen our brand visibility, develop creative campaigns, manage social media, and attract new players and partners.
• Experts in charitable fundraising to help us secure funding for our social projects, scholarships, and development programs through sponsorships, events, and donations.
