Die Tätigkeiten der Firma Prowatec Luxembourg S.A. lassen sich in drei Bereiche unterteilen:
- die MONTAGEABTEILUNG ist in der mechanischen und elektrischen Planung und dem Anlagenbau von Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen tätig
- der VERKAUF und HANDEL bietet eine vielfältige Produktpalette für die Förderung, Regelung, Isolierung und Sicherung von Flüssigkeiten und Gasen sämtlicher Art im Trink- und Abwasserbereich sowie der Industrie an
- die SERVICEABTEILUNG kümmert sich um die Wartung und Reparatur von Ihren Pumpen und Schiebern sämtlicher Fabrikate
FIRMENGESCHICHTE
- 1989: Prometal Belgique eröffnet eine Filiale für den Verkauf von Pumpen und Industriearmaturen in Luxemburg. Prometal Luxembourg S.A. wird gegründet und lässt sich in 89, rue de l’Église in Walferdingen mit 3 Personen nieder.
- 1995: Prometal Luxembourg S.A. erweitert seine Tätigkeitsbereiche mit einer Montage- und Reparaturabteilung durch die Übernahme der Firma Engeldinger.
- 1997: Um unabhängiger in den Montageleistungen arbeiten zu können, wird eine Elektroabteilung gegründet.
- 2005: Nach mehrfachen Übernahmen, wurde die Prometal Gruppe von der Transmark Fcx Gruppe übernommen. Aus Prometal Luxembourg S.A. wird Transmark Fcx Prometal.
- 2007: Wegen der Expandierung des Unternehmens, welches dreißig Personen beschäftigt, erfolgt ein Umzug in ein geräumigeres und funktionelleres Gebäude nach 23, rue de la Gare in Schieren.
- 2008: Die Führungskräfte des Unternehmens kaufen die Firma von der Transmark Fcx Gruppe zurück und benennen sie Prowatec Luxembourg S.A. (Professional Water Technologies).
- 2013: Prowatec Luxembourg S.A., in ständiger Evolution, verstärkt die Programmierabteilung, um auf die mehr und mehr spezialisierte und individuelle Kundennachfrage antworten zu können.
